When you start out on a journey we all like to have a roadmap to tell us how to get somewhere. Yet, in life there are no directions to tell us how to get from A to B. We all set out with a goal in mind of how we want our life to go and I have yet to meet anyone who has said the path has gone just as they planned. However, as long as we know where North, South, East, and West are we can at least move in a specific direction. A compass tells us where we are and what direction to go to reach our goals.
Journey Creatively, is a consulting company focused on assisting organizations on the direction they need to head. Sometimes it’s 180 degree swing, but many times it only takes a few key adjustments to get back on track. Our culture has been inundated with an attitude of “ME“. How does this benefit me? What do I get out of it? If I were the leader, I would do it this way. She doesn’t understand me.
